Used Fresh Air Duct Double-wall Corrugated Pipe Production Line
Our company specializes in producing PE double-wall corrugated pipe equipment and PP used fresh air duct double-wall corrugated pipe production line. The equipment includes extruders, molds, forming machines, forming dies, cutting machines, and winders. Our double-wall corrugated pipe equipment is constructed in strict accordance with design specifications and complies with all national standards. In particular, our double-wall corrugated pipe molds and forming machines are all newly designed, featuring attractive appearance, low energy consumption, and high production output. Since their introduction, they have been favored by customers and have earned a good reputation in the industry.
There are many types of extruders. Single-screw extruders and conical twin-screw extruders are primarily used in double-wall corrugated pipe production. Single-screw extruders are primarily used for HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe production. The specific model depends on the diameter of the corrugated pipe being produced and whether it is single-wall or double-wall. They are primarily designed for producing granular plastics with good fluidity and easy plasticization. They are characterized by their simple structure. Commonly used models include the SJ45, SJ50, and SJ65. They feature mature technology, stable performance, and easy maintenance. After a brief pre-job training, you can begin operating. Conical twin-screw extruders are primarily designed for PVC resin powder. Due to the instability of PVC during the heating and plasticization process, various auxiliary materials, such as titanium dioxide, CPE, and paraffin, are required to achieve optimal production. Therefore, before entering the extruder, the materials must be mixed in a mixer according to a specific ratio. Only after the process requirements are met can they enter the extruder for extrusion. Conical twin-screw extruders are characterized by fast material intake, excellent shearing and plasticizing effects, and, when equipped with a forced feeder, stable extrusion.
2. Extrusion Die
Extrusion dies, commonly known as die heads, are divided into two main categories: double-wall die heads and single-wall die heads. Dies are also categorized into spiral and bracket types, specifically designed for different materials. For example, a PE die head requires the addition of auxiliary materials and requires excellent plasticizing and high production output. A spiral die head is therefore ideal. Both the inner and outer mold layers feature a spiral flow channel design, resulting in better material density, more stable discharge, and higher production output. A bracket-type die head is generally used for the production of standard PE or PVC double-wall corrugated pipes. Its linear flow splitter design offers a simple structure, ease of processing, and low cost. The mold is typically made of 40Cr steel, which has been tempered. The flow channel is hard chrome plated and then polished to ensure smoothness and durability.
3. Molding Machine
The molding machine essentially consists of two parts: the machine base and the forming mold. The base frame is constructed of carbon steel with stress relief and rust prevention treatment. The guide rails and water tank are all made of 40Cr steel, processed through a series of standard processes including tempering, nitriding, and polishing. The molding machine mainly consists of several parts:
1. Base frame,
2. Support frame,
3. Table,
4. Mold guide rail,
5. Cooling water tank,
6. Pressing roller device,
7. Vacuum device,
8. Lubrication system,
9. Lifting mechanism,
10. Machine moving device,
11. Air cooling system.
12. Water cooling system.
